WHO WE ARE

what makes us different

We are not like any other charity you know. Here are the three things that make us special:

We were founded in 2021 by two German students and have been growing ever since. To this day, we are run entirely by students. On top of that, over 60% of our donations come from generous school or university students. This is part of our identity: by students, for students.

We are a registered charity under German federal law. That is why we are monitored and regulated by the German financial authorities.

Every cent of donations is being used fully and exclusively for charitable purposes. No money is being spent on business expenses. We do not advertise, and all our employees work on a voluntary basis. All business expenses are paid by the founding team.
